I'm trying to connect to an NFS folder on my dev server. The owner of the folder on the dev server is darren and group darren. When I export and mount it to my Mac using the Disk Utility it mounts, but then when I try to open the folder is says I do not have permissions. I have set rw, sync, and no_subtree_check. This isn't an atom problem, it's a linux permissions problem. You opened a file owned by another user (a file probably owned by root).If you want to edit that file, you have to either be root or change the permissions on the file to grant other users access.. It happened to be my MEP folks' model. I then moved the corrupted model to a new folder on the cloud and re collaborated the source file model to the same spot as the original file on the cloud. I had to manage links and reload from in order to point my links to the new file and such. I have not had any issues since. FYI.

You do not have permissions to the file or the file location. The file is on a location that is not currently accessible like a network location or an external drive that is not currently connected to the PC. The file has been moved or deleted. The file or shortcut is corrupt. The file may be blocked by Windows.
