Returning an Item(s)


We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with World War 2 Books To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days of the date when you received the order.

We will refund your credit or debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 working days from date of postage).

In order to arrange a return, please email us at to inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.

We shall then send an email confirming our authorisation, then send the item to the following address:

Please ensure you package the item securely as not to cause any damage to the product(s), remember to include the invoice with the returning item.

If your item is faulty you will need to tell us what exactly the fault is.
When you return your item please remember to ask the Post Office for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or your refund.

We can only refund postage costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.


Faulty Prodocts

World War 2 Books will replace any faulty products with the same title, or if the title is no longer available, will refund the original card used to make the purchase. Our faulty goods return policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.


DVD Compatibility


In respect to DVD's Please check that your DVD player is compatible with your DVD purchase, as all our DVD products will only play on either Region 2 (Europe), Region 0 (Region Free) or Multi-Region Players,with the PAL encoded format.Our DVD's will NOT play on NTSC encoded format DVD players which are commonly used within North America. We cannot be held responsible for any DVD purchased which is opened and used in an incompatible DVD player. If DVD is still factory sealed please refer to our returns policy above for guidance.


Cancel an Order


You can cancel your order up to the point of dispatch. You can do this by:


Sending an email to informing our customer services team  you wish to cancel your order, then a full refund will be applied to your original method of payment


Unfortunately after you have been sent our dispatched email it is not possible for us to cancel your order. please see our returns policy above to find out how to return any item(s) that you no longer require.
